Cancellations and reschedules are part of the entertainment industry. Reschedules and Cancellations can be made within 12-hours of your appointment time. Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the appointment will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit the full session fee.

Absolutely no exceptions. We allow up to 2 reschedules of all scheduled appointments respective of rescheduling time limits. We do not allow rolling appointments. Appointments rescheduled more than twice will be canceled and refunded.
